一 |     Shares of Pfizer are in retreat on the first day of trading after the drug company said sales of its COVID-19 vaccine and its coronavirus treatment are weaker than it had expected and cut revenue projections by $9 billion for the year. Falling sales of both clipped sales in the second quarter, but Pfizer said in August that it expected a rebound in the second half of 2023. Pfizer is lowering its full-year revenue expectations for Paxlovid by approximately $7 billion. That number also accounts for delayed commercialization of the product, which was pushed to January 2024 from the company's previous expectation of commercialization in the second half of this year. Pfizer is also lowering its 2023 revenue expectations for Comirnaty by approximately $2 billion due to lower-than-expected vaccination rates.Pfizer Inc. now foresees 2023 revenue in a range of $58 billion to $61 billion, down from its prior forecast for $67 billion to $70 billion. It now projects full-year adjusted earnings between $1.45 and $1.65 per share due to lower-than-anticipated revenue for COVID-19-related products and inventory write-offs.That is short of the full-year revenue of $63.61 billion and earnings of $2.77 per share that Wall Street was expecting, and far short of the company's previous projections of per-share earning between $3.25 and $3.45. 二 |     现行道路交通安全法于2004年施行，2007年、2011年、2021年修正了个别条款。此次修订草案共9章170条，明确了自动驾驶汽车的上道路行驶条件、违章处理原则和保险制度等。

三 |     聚焦“醉驾”“盲驾”“僵尸车”“超标车”治理和电动自行车、“暴走团”管理等突出问题，有针对性完善制度措施；在维护道路交通安全的同时，推行便民举措，便利群众出行等。     其中明确提到，对拨打或者接听手持电话、观看视频等妨碍安全驾驶行为并造成交通事故或者其他严重后果的，处200元以上500元以下罚款，可以并处暂扣三个月机动车驾驶证。

四 |     对于占用道路影响通行的“暴走团”等，草案规定，未经许可，任何单位或者个人不得占用道路从事非交通活动。    此外还明确了自动驾驶汽车和辅助驾驶功能的概念，并明确自动驾驶汽车在自动驾驶功能激活状态下发生道路交通安全违法行为的，由自动驾驶汽车生产企业、进口企业接受处理。    未激活自动驾驶功能的自动驾驶汽车和驾驶仅具备辅助驾驶功能的汽车上道路行驶，按照非自动驾驶汽车的规定管理。
